Overview

10-4 Logistics USA is seeking full-time W2 Class A CDL drivers based in Decatur, AL. Candidates with limited or no professional driving experience are encouraged to apply through a paid Class A training program. Positions are available across over‑the‑road (OTR), regional, and dedicated fleets, primarily operating east of I‑35. The company provides steady freight, reliable home time, late‑model equipment, and comprehensive benefits beginning on day one.

Training program (for candidates with limited or no experience)

• Paid three‑ to five‑week training for recent CDL school graduates who meet the minimum instruction requirement (at least 120 hours).
• Training covers safe tractor‑trailer operation, compliant ELD use, trip reporting, pre‑trip/post‑trip inspections, and company procedures.
• Progress is assessed through supervised driving and competency evaluations prior to solo assignments.

Typical duties

• Safely operate a Class A tractor‑trailer in accordance with DOT and company regulations.
• Haul primarily no‑touch dry van freight (approximately 70% drop‑and‑hook) for customers across the Eastern U.S.
• Manage schedules to meet pickup and delivery commitments and maintain on‑time performance.
• Maintain accurate ELD logs, trip reports, and DVIRs.
• Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and team members.
• Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections and basic vehicle care as required by company procedures.

Qualifications and requirements

• Class A CDL drivers; candidates with limited or no professional driving experience may be eligible for the company’s paid training program.
• Training candidates must meet the minimum instruction requirement (at least 120 hours).
• Ability to perform job duties in compliance with DOT and company regulations.
