Job Description

NHS Management is seeking a  Clinical Administrative Assistant to support administrative and reporting functions at our  Birmingham Training Center . This role is ideal for a highly organized professional with strong  Excel and PowerPoint skills and experience  pulling and maintaining clinical or operational reports in a healthcare or regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Create and maintain  Excel spreadsheets for tracking clinical and training data
  2. Pull, organize, and maintain  clinical or operational reports
  3. Prepare  PowerPoint presentations and materials for leadership and meetings
  4. Maintain accurate records, rosters, and documentation
  5. Provide general administrative support and manage correspondence
  6. Ensure compliance with HIPAA and company policies

Qualifications

  1. Proficiency in  Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  2. Experience working with  reports or data in a healthcare or regulated setting
  3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  4. Professional written and verbal communication skills

Healthcare administrative experience preferred.

Excel and PowerPoint proficiency may be assessed during the interview process
