Job Title: Epic / EHR Analyst — Clinical or Revenue Cycle

Overview:
We are Seeking an experienced Epic / EHR Analyst to support mission-critical clinical and revenue cycle workflows. This role focuses on configuring, optimizing, and maintaining Epic ASAP, inpatient, and revenue modules while partnering with clinicians to enhance usability and adoption.
Responsibilities:
Configure, build, and optimize Epic modules (ASAP, Willow, ClinDoc, Orders, Revenue Cycle modules).
Support go-lives, upgrades, release validation, downtime procedures, and testing (unit, integration, UAT).
Provide rapid break/fix support and triage across clinical environments (ED, trauma, inpatient nursing).
Collaborate with nursing, physicians, and ancillary teams to align workflows with best practices, documentation standards, and safety initiatives.
Develop and maintain build documentation, change logs, training guides, and knowledge base articles.
Participate in configuration reviews, optimization sprints, and post-go-live support activities.
Required Qualifications:
3–7+ years of Epic/EHR experience within a hospital or health system.
Strong experience with Epic ASAP and nursing documentation workflows (highly preferred).
Epic module certification(s) a plus (ASAP, Ambulatory, Inpatient, Willow, Cadence, Resolute/Prelude, etc.).
Strong understanding of clinical or revenue cycle workflows (ED, inpatient nursing, ambulatory, billing).
Experience supporting UAT, developing test scripts, and providing clinician education/training.
Tools & Systems:
Epic (ASAP, Chronicles, Hyperspace, Caboodle/Clarity); ServiceNow; Cornerstone; Adobe Captivate; iSpring. Cerner experience is a plus.
