We are seeking a detail-oriented self-starter to join our team as the Operations Administrator. This position is based at our Central Bay Operations and Maintenance Facility in Alameda. This is a full-time, onsite position. To succeed in this role, the ideal person will be great at working cross-functionally with multiple departments and must have strong interpersonal and computer skills. Knowledge and experience in maritime and logistics is highly desired.
Provide administrative and clerical support to the Operations and Engineering Departments to ensure the departments run at its maximum efficiency to achieve customer satisfaction and production.
Rate : $29.00 /hour
Blue & Gold Fleet has been the premier provider of ferry and water excursion services on San Francisco Bay for over 40 years, offering the famous one-hour San Francisco Bay Cruise, the 90-minute Escape from the Rock Cruise around Alcatraz Island and a Sunset Cruise. The company provides regular ferry service to Sausalito and through its contract with the Water Emergency Transportation Authority (WETA) service to: Harbor Bay, Main Street Alameda, Oakland, Richmond, Seaplane Lagoon, South San Francisco, Vallejo, Oracle Park (for San Francisco Giants games and special events) and Chase Center (for Golden State Warriors games and special events).
