Job Description
At Homeward Bound, our Operations Administrators are leaders in ensuring high-quality services for individuals with developmental disabilities. You will play a vital role in overseeing residential program operations, health and safety practices, quality assurance, and service delivery that empowers people to live full and dignified lives. Join a dedicated team where you'll build meaningful relationships with coworkers and the people we serve.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure delivery of person-centered services in line with individual plans and HBI standards.
Oversee site operations including staffing, scheduling, budgeting, training, and compliance.
Conduct audits, implement improvements, and lead internal investigations when needed.
Monitor healthcare delivery, environmental safety, and nutritional services.
Supervise Program Managers and Float DSPs, offering coaching, mentorship, and support.
Liaise with families, guardians, case managers, and regulatory agencies to build strong partnerships.
Manage frameworks and exception processes related to DWRS rates and funding.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a human services setting.
Bachelor's in human services + 1 year direct care experience
Valid Minnesota Driver's License with acceptable record.
Strong knowledge of state licensing rules, DWRS systems, and disability services.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
