As a Customer Success Associate Consultant, you'll enter our Customer Success Associate Development Program (CSADP) an immersive experience designed to build your product expertise, consulting skills, business acumen, and implementation methodology. Through robust training, hands-on development, and shadowing experienced professionals, you'll work across a variety of customers, industries, and teams, helping businesses transform how they operate so they can achieve their vision. As a Customer Success Associate Consultant, you will:

  • Tackle complex business challenges individually and as part of a team through strategy, execution, and innovative problem-solving.

  • Deliver high-quality projects, proactively seek out opportunities for improvement, and provide best-practice guidance to help our clients maximize the value of NetSuite.

  • Consult with clients to deeply understand their business needs, map requirements to NetSuite functionality, and support smooth system configuration and adoption.

  • Drive customer satisfaction and measurable impact by meeting obtainable goals and metrics.

  • Be at the forefront of AI adoption in the ERP space embracing change, exploring new technologies, and introducing clients to transformative solutions.

Who You Are:

  • A recent graduate with a bachelor's degree preferred courses of study include Engineering, MIS, Accounting Info Systems, Technology Management, or Supply Chain and a passion for launching a consulting career.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

US: Hiring Range in USD from $24.62 to $48.03 per hour; from: $51,200 to $99,900 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
