10-4 Logistics USA is hiring full‑time W2 Class A CDL Drivers. Opportunities exist across OTR, Regional, and Dedicated fleets, mostly east of the I‑35. We provide steady freight, reliable home time, and a strong pay and benefits package. Modern trucks and full benefits start on day one. We hire experienced drivers and also recent CDL school graduates through a paid training program for qualified candidates with at least 120 hours of instruction.

Compensation
Earn 1,400 to 1,800 dollars per week, paid by direct deposit every Friday. Exact pay depends on experience and route.
Paid training
Fully paid three to five week program for new graduates who meet the training hours requirement.

Weekly or every two weeks depending on fleet assignment.

Typical day on the job
Safely operate a Class A tractor trailer in line with DOT and company rules
Haul no‑touch dry van freight, about 70 percent drop and hook, for major customers across the Eastern U.S.
Manage schedules to meet pickup and delivery commitments
Keep accurate ELD logs, trip reports, and DVIRs
Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and team members
Perform daily pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections

Valid Class A CDL
Experienced drivers welcome or new graduates with at least 120 training hours
Satisfactory driving record and strong safety focus
Able to pass DOT physical and pre‑employment drug test
