Hiring: Brand + Web Designer & Social Media Marketing Manager

Location: Seattle / Bellevue (Hybrid or In-Person Preferred)
Contract: Part-Time

We’re looking for a creative, reliable, and results-driven Designer + Social Media & Marketing Manager to help build and grow our brand across digital platforms.

Role Includes:

• Logo & branding design.
• Website design/development (modern, mobile-optimized, SEO-ready).
• Social media account setup (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Google Business, Zocdoc, etc.).
• Social media management + marketing strategy.
• Content creation – taking high-quality photos, videos, and reels of our business/services.
• Posting and growing engagement organically + paid campaign support.
• Setting up and optimizing marketing platforms (email campaigns, promotions, scheduling tools, analytics, etc.).
• Helping with local digital marketing, promotions, and reputation/ review management.
• On-site content shoots (pictures + videos of team, services, educational content, office tours, etc.).

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

• Has a strong design portfolio (logos + websites).
• Can shoot professional pictures & videos for social media.
• Understands social media trends and storytelling.
• Can manage posting schedules and marketing strategy.
• Knows how to create engaging reels and marketing content.
• Has experience growing brands online.
• Is comfortable managing business marketing, not just posting.

Bonus Skills:

• Dental or healthcare marketing experience.
• Canva/Adobe/Figma/Wordpress/SEO knowledge.
• Experience managing digital promotions & analytics.
• Ability to run campaigns or assist with ad performance tracking.
