Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) seeking Experienced Tool Integration Analysts (Level 3) to join the Manufacturing Operations Support and Logistics Tool Operations team located in Renton, Washington.

Position Responsibilities

  • Provides visibility to management and customers
  • Resolves schedule, product deviations and manufacturing requirements at the program level, analyze impacts and monitors workarounds
  • Provides status and visibility on comprehensive multi-tiered plans for significant organization, enterprise and business unit projects
  • Coordinates the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project and team, finance, planning, scheduling and management
  • Resolves discrepancies
  • Coordinates work off-loading and confers with vendor liaisons to ensure timely delivery
  • Analyzes and coordinates resolution of errors in tooling business and product configuration systems
  • Ensures compliance to established company policies, practices and procedures
  • Works under general direction

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)

  • 3+ years of experience working with and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives
  • 3+ years of experience using all the following Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication skills, the ability to adapt to changing environments and work statements

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)

  • 3+ years of experience using project management skills
  • Experience with ETVS, ETIP, MESci, AR Log, CTMA, SAT, CMES, CTDM, and Redars systems
  • Continuous improvement experience

Summary pay range: $88,000 - $108,000
